Moms Den is a monthly virtual gathering where mothers come together to learn, connect, and feel supported while navigating the journey of raising boys.
Because motherhood—especially raising sons—comes with questions, pressure, growth, and moments that shouldn’t have to be carried alone.

all at the same time.

The next, you're trying to navigate confidence, emotions, communication, discipline, school, friendships, mental wellness, boundaries, identity, and everything in between.
And sometimes? You just need someone who gets it.
That’s why Moms Den exists.
Moms Den creates a safe, judgment-free space where mothers raising sons can connect, learn, ask hard questions, and receive support from experts and other women walking similar journeys. No pretending. No pressure. Just real conversations and real community.

Held every 3rd Tuesday on Zoom, Moms Den brings together mothers for meaningful conversations centered around parenting, emotional wellness, womanhood, family dynamics, relationships, healing, communication, boundaries, leadership, confidence-building, and the real-life experiences of raising boys.
Each session features a speaker or guided discussion focused on topics that matter to mothers and families.
Some conversations may leave you inspired.
Some may challenge you.
Some may simply remind you: You are not alone.
Open to both members and non-members.
