Moms Connect is a recurring community gathering that brings mothers together for movement, meaningful conversations, encouragement, and connection.
No presentations, no pressure and no expectations.
Just a welcoming community of women showing up for themselves and one another.

Join us on the second Thursday of each month for movement, conversation, encouragement, and connection with women who understand the journey of motherhood.

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Who: Open to All Mothers
What to bring: Comfortable shoes and yourself.
